Moving Our Waters
A Scarborough-based media arts initiative empowering QTBIPOC and newcomer youth to channel climate anxiety into creative civic action through tactile stop-motion animation.
Frame by Frame: Moving Our Waters brought together 13 local QTBIPOC and newcomer youth for a four-session workshop series at the Clark Centre for the Arts in Guild Park. Blending tactile collage, mixed media, paper puppetry, and environmental literacy, participants transformed shared ecological stories and climate reflection into a collective frame-by-frame animated short.
